National Institute Of Technology has announced an online notification for recruitment to the post of Technical Assistant, SAS Assistant, Junior Engineer, Senior Technician and other posts under Non-Faculty Posts. There are 93 vacancies are to be filled for this recruitment. Interested candidate can apply through online on or before 30 November 2020. The detailed eligibility and selection process are given below

Educational Qualification & Eligibility Criteria

For Technical Assistant

  • First class in B.E/B.Tech/MCA/Diploma/B.Sc/M.Sc in relevant field from a recognized university/Institute with least 50% marks.

For Junior Engineer

  • First Class B.E. / B.Tech, in Civil/Electrical Engineering from a recognized University or Institute. Or First Class diploma in Civil/Electrical Engineering with an excellent academic record.

For SAS Assistant

  • First-class Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education from a recognized university/institute.

For Library & Information Technology

  • First-class Bachelor’s degree in science/arts /commerce from recognized university/institute.

For Technician

  • 12th with science group / 10th with least of 60% mark from government recognized board.

For Senior Technician

  • 12th with least of 60% marks from recognized university/institute.

For Junior Assistant

  • 12th with least of 60% marks from recognized university/institute and typing speed of 35 wpm and proficiency in computer work.

For Senior Assistant

  • 12th with least of 60% marks from recognized university/institute and typing speed of 35 wpm and proficiency in computer work.

For Stenographer

  • 12th with least of 60% marks from recognized university/institute and typing speed of 80 wpm in stenograph.

For Senior Stenographer

  • 12th with least of 60% marks from recognized university/institute and typing speed of 100 wpm in stenograph.

For Office Attendant

  • 12th from a recognized board

For Lab Attendant

  • 12th in science from a recognized board

Age Limit

  • Technical Assistant/ Junior Engineer/ SAS Assistant/ Library and Information Assistant – 30 years

  • Technician/ Junior Assistant/ Stenographer/ Office Attendant / Lab Attendant – 27 years
